Life can feel overwhelming at times. You may find yourself caught in cycles of anxiety, low mood, stress, or behaviours that do not make sense, as if something inside you is reacting before you even have time to think. Often this is because the subconscious mind continues to hold on to painful experiences and survival responses long after the situation has passed.
In individual therapy, I offer a safe and supportive space to explore these patterns. My role is to help you understand not only what you are feeling, but also why your mind and body are responding in these ways. By working gently with both conscious thoughts and the deeper, often hidden layers of memory and emotion, we can begin to untangle what is keeping you stuck.
Clients often describe this process as a kind of reset, where old fears lose their grip and new ways of thinking and feeling become possible. Whether you are living with anxiety, depression, bereavement, past trauma, or complex mental health challenges, therapy can provide the tools to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My approach is integrative and draws on psychodynamic and humanistic principles. I also bring in evidence-based methods from psychology, together with tools such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). This allows me to adapt therapy to you as an individual, rather than expecting you to fit into a rigid model.
Individual sessions give you the opportunity to be heard, understood, and supported as you work towards lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
