Couples Therapy
Every relationship faces challenges. Over time, life events, stress, and even changes in personality can create distance between partners. Communication may falter, leaving you feeling misunderstood or unheard. Arguments can repeat in circles, or silence can take the place of openness.
In couples therapy, I provide a safe and balanced space where both partners can voice their concerns. My role is to help you understand not just what is being said, but the emotions, needs, and survival responses that lie beneath the words. Often, we react to each other from past experiences or protective instincts without realising it. These patterns can create conflict even when love is still present.
By slowing down these automatic reactions and exploring the deeper needs beneath them, couples can begin to see each other with fresh understanding and compassion. Love is rarely lost – it is more often hidden under layers of hurt, frustration, or fear. With the right guidance, it can be uncovered again.

Sarah & James
“We had drifted apart over the years and thought our relationship was beyond saving. What made the difference in therapy was not only being heard, but the way psychological insight was used to help us understand why we kept reacting the way we did. Once we saw the patterns, everything changed. We learned how to really listen to each other again — and discovered the love we thought was lost was still there, waiting for us.”
